Todd Michael Borchert
Todd Borchert is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and has been practicing law in Minnesota since 1990. Todd’s practice focuses on the areas of family law, probate (including estate administration, guardianships and conservatorships) and estate planning. Todd enjoys taking the time to get to know his clients, analyzing their legal issues and working with clients to develop creative solutions.
Todd attended Shattuck School, where, in addition to his studies, he participated in athletics, student government and the student run drill team. Todd attended Grinnell College and the University of Minnesota, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and German Language studies.
A native of Minnesota, Todd grew up in Fridley, resided in Northeast Minneapolis for 16 years and currently lives in New Brighton with his wife, Kathy (a CNS with the University of Minnesota, where she manages a superb team of WOC nurses). He and Kathy have four children: Andrew, Patrick, Evan and Jessica. Away from the office, Todd has coached youth soccer and baseball, was previously a youth soccer administrator and enjoys spending time pursuing outdoor activities. Todd also enjoys woodworking, especially restoring older furniture in his shop/garage. Todd is a past board member and officer of the Rice Creek Villa HOA.
